Captain has the right to refuse anyone for boarding the boat if deemed they present a dangerous environment or intoxification.

Payment Information:

There will be a 3% processing fee for paying with a card

Cancellation Policy:

No charge for canceling 7 days or more before a charter, 50% of trip cost for canceling less than 7 days prior to a charter, and 100% of trip cost for canceling 24 hours or less before a charter or no show.
