Due to our mild winter and looking at the past reports, this year we are expecting the dolphin run to begin as early as April. It is not uncommon to go out and catch a cooler full of gaffer size dolphin during this time of year.

The Wahoo and Blackfin tuna bite is in full swing right now and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Once we get out to the ledge and find that warmer water, we are likely to find acres of tuna busting bait on top of the water. Trolling ballyhoo and seawitches on light

Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean the blue-water bite isn’t good. The Wahoo have been thick in our offshore waters of Charleston. There are also big numbers of Blackfin Tuna off our coast. Call us before it warms up to book a trip and get in on some offshore action!
